Web design for Austin businesses.
Jacob Henning designs and builds websites for Austin businesses, laid out for the renters, students and visitors who make up so much of the city.

A design for customers who rent, study or are in town for only a few days. Most Austin households rent, two colleges enroll nearly 100,000 students, and about 30 million visitors come each year. Jacob Henning designs Austin sites so each of those customers finds what they came for on the first screen.
One site for three kinds of customer.
Austin’s customers don’t look alike, so the first screen sends each one to what they need.
Renters
Six in ten households rent
Households here average two people. The site shows apartment size jobs and prices, and what to clear with a landlord first.
Students
UT and Austin Community College
They book around classes and watch what things cost. The site puts student prices up front where you offer them, and lets them book around a class schedule.
Visitors
About 30 million a year
They are here for a weekend, a festival or a race. The first screen shows today’s hours, directions and a short menu or price list.
A site that changes for festival weekends.
ACL fills Zilker Park for two weekends every October, and a Formula 1 weekend draws more than 400,000 in attendance. The site switches to an event version for those days, with no rebuild.
